This policy explains what information Ethvex collects when you use the bot or this website, why we need it, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
Ethvex only stores what it needs to make its features work. Depending on which systems a server uses, that can include:
- Discord IDs of servers, channels, roles and users, so settings and records point to the right place.
- Server settings you save through panels, such as ticket, giveaway, welcome, boost, sticky, logging, reaction role, auto role and custom command configurations.
- Moderation records such as warnings, including the reason and the moderator who issued them.
- Ticket data such as opening answers, claim status, priority, ratings, feedback and transcripts of ticket channels.
- Giveaway data such as entrants and winners.
- Boost records used to track boosting streaks and reward tiers.
- Recent message content, held briefly in memory so that deleted and edited messages can be shown in your server's log channel if logging is turned on.
- Invite usage, if a server turns on invite tracking.
- Command usage statistics, such as which commands are used and how often, to help us improve Ethvex.
Payments
Purchases of Pro and Custom Branding are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details. We keep your Paddle customer ID, the email used at checkout, your subscription status and your Discord ID so we can link your purchase to your account and the server you upgraded.
How we use it
- To run the features your server has turned on.
- To show logs, transcripts and history to the staff of your server.
- To activate and manage Pro and Custom Branding.
- To fix bugs, prevent abuse and improve the bot.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Server data is shown only inside that server, to the people Discord and the server's own permissions allow. The Ethvex team can access stored data when needed to provide support or investigate problems.
How long we keep it
Settings and records stay while Ethvex is in your server so things keep working. Cached message content is short lived. If you would like server data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Server admins can turn off any system or logging category at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ethvexteam@gmail.com.
- You can cancel Pro or Custom Branding at any time through
/billing.
Children
Ethvex follows Discord's own age requirements. If you are not old enough to use Discord, you should not use Ethvex.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and share the news in our support server.
