We want you to be happy with Ethvex. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for Ethvex Pro and Custom Branding. The Ethvex bot itself is free, so this only applies to paid subscriptions.
Who processes your payment
All payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes refunds on our behalf, and your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.
14 day money back guarantee
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including your first payment and any renewal.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, for Pro and for Custom Branding.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are generally not refundable. If something went wrong on our side, for example you were charged twice or a paid feature did not work because of a problem with Ethvex, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
- Email ethvexteam@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or invoice number, or
- open a ticket in our support server.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up depending on your bank.
What happens to your subscription
- When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for is cancelled and the paid features are removed from your account or server.
- For Custom Branding, the bot's avatar, banner and bio go back to the normal Ethvex look.
- Your free features and settings are not affected.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel any time by running /billing in Discord. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a chargeback with your bank may lead to the subscription being cancelled straight away.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
