Buttons, DMs, invite tracking and leave messages
Setting it up #
Open the panel
Run /welcomeconfig. Use the Welcome and Leave tabs to switch between the two messages. Leave messages are part of Pro.
Pick a channel
Choose where messages are posted, then switch the system on.
Design the message
Add text, sections, image galleries and separators. Pick an accent colour and a thumbnail: the member's avatar, a custom image, or none.
Add buttons (Pro)
Link buttons are great for rules, roles or your website.
Test it
Press Send Test Message to see exactly what new members will see.
Extra options #
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ping role | Pings a role, like a Welcome Team, with each welcome. |
| Auto delete | Removes the message after 30 seconds up to 30 minutes, or never. |
| Welcome DM (Pro) | Also sends the new member a private message. |
| Member counter | Shows which number member they are. |
| Footer | Shows a small footer with the join time. |
| Invite tracking (Pro) | Shows which invite code the member used to join. |
| Suppress mentions | Shows mentions in the message without actually pinging anyone. |

Type these anywhere in your message and Ethvex swaps them for real values.
