Link your purchase, manage your subscription and download invoices.

This command is slash only, and every reply is private. Nobody else in the channel can see it.

If you bought Pro or Custom Branding on the website and it is not showing yet, link it to your Discord account:

Run /billing

Ethvex notices no billing account is linked yet.

Press Link Existing Subscription

A small form pops up.

Enter your checkout email

Use the exact email from your payment confirmation.

Done

Your account is linked. If your subscription is active, you will get a DM confirming your upgrade is active.

Managing your subscription #

Once linked, /billing gives you a private link to your billing portal. From there you can:

  • Cancel or pause your subscription
  • Update your card or payment method
  • View and download invoices

The portal link is only for you and expires shortly. Do not share it. Run /billing again any time you need a fresh one.

Troubleshooting #

  • No account found for that email. Double check the email on your receipt. Capital letters do not matter, but typos do.
  • Already linked to a different Discord user. Each purchase can only be linked to one account. Contact us if you need it moved.
  • Portal will not open. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, email ethvexteam@gmail.com.
